What do I get when I order a design?
You get a custom-made design that fits your style. Depending on the package (Chains or Nocturne), you'll get your design in PNG. The Nocturne package includes more customization!
How long does delivery take?
Usually 3–7 business days depending on workload. We'll keep you updated!
Do I get the PSD file?
The PSD file is not included by default, but you can purchase it separately depending on your package.
Can I make changes to my design after it's been completed?
Small changes like typos are okay. Bigger edits require a new order.
Can I get a refund if I'm not happy with the design?
We don’t offer refunds due to the time invested. But we always aim to make you happy with the result!
Where can I request a design or ask questions?

What payment methods do you accept?
Currently only PayPal – fast and secure. More methods are planned!
